How do mini stores work?
Digxa Mini Stores is a contextual form of product advertising. A product banner relating to text on your posts will appear if your visitor placed his/her mouse over the text, if the banner is clicked on then a commission is earned. A customizable banner will also be placed on your blog for maximum exposure.

What are the requirements to be an approved publisher?
Smorty have a range of criteria to approve your blog for mini store advertising. Most of these are the same as for our paid blog advertising. The main thing we're looking for is a quality blog with unique and interesting content.

Does it cost to have an account for publishing mini stores?
No, it's absolutely free to set up and maintain an account with Smorty.

How long will it take have my blog application reviewed?
It can take up to 72 hours to have your blog approved/declined. We will generally try to process Blogs as soon as they are received.

What do I do if my blog is rejected?
Once Smorty has sent you an email describing why your blog was not approved, you have a chance to fix these problems. Once they are fixed you can resubmit for another review via the contact us page. If the problem can not be fixed, (e.g. banned domain name) we will permanently reject your blog.

How many blogs can I have with Smorty?
You can have up to 10 blogs registered under your account. The more blogs you have, the more money you make! You can add more blogs from your admin panel under the "my account" section.

How much can I get paid?
The Digxa mini store widget and banners earn you a varying commission depending on the products clicked on by your visitors ranging up to $0.60.

When will I get paid?
Pay-Per-Click advertising commissions are earned on a monthly basis and will be paid roughly 15 days after your months earnings only with post payments. For example, commissions calculated between the 1st and 30th of a month will be paid on the 15th of the following month. You will then be paid on roughly the 15th of every month thereafter with your post payments.

How do I get paid?
You will be paid through PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account please open one as it is the only method of payment. Opening a PayPal account is completely free and takes 5 minutes. Click here to open a PayPal account.

 Can I use this with my Wordpress hosted blog?
Unfortunately if your blog is hosted with Wordpress then you can not place this code. You will need to host the blog on your own server. 

 Can I edit the code?
No, if you edit the code, your banner publishing will be removed permanently.

Can I choose how often the widgets link appears in my posts?
Yes, you can choose between 0 and 10 links to appear on each post. If you enter 0 then no widget links will appear in your posts, only the banner will display. If you enter 10 links, up to 10 links maximum may appear, however there may be less depending on whether the system finds suitable content in your post. You may only paste the code once per page.

 What products will display to my customers?
Products will appear based on relevant content within your post. For example, if you write a post about mobile phones then it's likely that an ad selling mobile phones will appear. Different products will display to visitors based on their countries IP address.

 Who will the banners and widgets appear for?
Currently Digxa banners and widgets will be visible to visitors from select countries.

Unfortunately our advertisers are only targeting the following countries. We will have more choices in the near future. If you are not from any of these countries you can still publish ads and generate income but you won't be able to see them yourself.

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Austria , Belgium , Bulgaria , Cyprus , Czech Republic , Denmark , Estonia , Finland , France , Germany , Greece , Hungary , Ireland , Italy , Latvia , Lithuania , Luxembourg , Malta , Netherlands , Poland , Portugal , Romania , Slovakia , Slovenia , Spain , Sweden.

Can I use other advertisements on my blog like banners or Google Adsense?
Yes you can use any form of advertising on your blog at the same time.

Can I change the domain name of my blog?
No, you can only publish on an approved blog URL. Any redirects will cause banning of your account. You may add the new blog URL to your admin panel separately.

What blog domains can I publish mini stores on?
You may only publish ads on an approved blog URL.

My Paypal account has changed or was unverified, how will I receive payments you've already sent?
Ideally you should wait until your payments have been received in full before changing your account. This means you have accepted the payment in your PayPal admin.
If you have changed your PayPal account without accepting the payment we have sent, it takes 30 days for the payment to be released again by PayPal for us to send to a new account (otherwise you will receive the payment from two accounts)
If you have an unverified account and we have sent your payment, it will note this is your Smorty admin payment history. You must login to PayPal and verify your account, then accept the payment.
If you have deleted your PayPal account and your Smorty account after a payment has been sent then we have no way of paying you, please be careful before doing this!

Which countries can apply?
As long as you have a PayPal account you can apply from any country.
